Cancellation & Returns
Order Cancellations
We understand that you may occasionally change your mind about a purchase. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, navigate to your My Profile > Orders section and select the 'Cancel Order' option.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the product and then initiate a return.
Return Policy
At AMALGAM, we ensure the highest quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, including customized garments, intimates, and final sale items, are strictly non-returnable.
- To initiate a return, go to your My Profile > Orders section, select the item, and click 'Return Item'. A pickup will be scheduled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
